The Project Manager - Facility Services is responsible for coordinating facility and construction-related projects from planning through completion. This role partners with Program Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
Pay Range $80K-$130K
Position Title: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities - Support project surveys, estimating, and client quotations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
- Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billing.
- Provide project updates and maintain client communication.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Support contract negotiations, scope development, and seamless project transitions from sales through execution.
- Track business development activities, opportunities, and project pipeline using the company CRM.
- Maintain relationships with clients to identify follow-on projects, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, site walks, networking events, and industry conferences to support sales growth.
- Partner with Business Development and Program Managers to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and client solution strategies.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and expanding services within existing and prospective accounts.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications - Experience in project management, construction, facility services, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills - Microsoft Productivity Suite and MS Project
- Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
Preferred Education & Certifications - Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or similar.
- PMP, FMP, CMMP, or EIT certifications are highly desirable.
