Position Summary
Amkor Technology Arizona is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Facilities & Site Services to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility support programs during the construction, startup, and operational phases of our semiconductor manufacturing campus.
This role will be responsible for service request program development, facilities operations readiness, building and grounds services, vendor management, tool installation coordination, construction support, and operational process development. The Project Manager will work closely with Facilities Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, EHS, Security, IT, and external contractors to ensure a smooth transition from project execution to factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead development and implementation of facility service request, work order, and asset management processes.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop facilities project management staff to support long-term site services needs.
• Develop operational readiness plans for building services, grounds maintenance, and facility support functions.
• Establish and manage service contracts for janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other site support services.
• Manage vendor performance, KPIs, contract compliance, and service quality.
• Coordinate facility support requirements during construction, startup, and operational readiness activities.
• Support semiconductor tool installation planning and coordination with construction, facilities, manufacturing, and equipment teams.
• Coordinate utility outages, access requirements, logistics planning, and contractor activities supporting tool installation.
• Lead development of facility operational procedures, standards, and service level expectations.
• Support turnover, commissioning, startup, and occupancy readiness activities.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and action items for assigned programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Facilities, Manufacturing, EHS, Security, IT, HR, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support space planning, office moves, site logistics, and campus operational needs as required.
• Develop reporting metrics and dashboards for service performance, vendor management, and operational readiness.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, project management, construction, semiconductor operations, or related industries.
• Experience supporting facility startup, operational readiness, or large capital projects.
• Experience managing service providers, contractors, and vendor performance programs.
• Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and building support services.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS, service request systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical facility experience.
• Experience supporting tool installation and factory startup activities.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness processes.
• PMP, IFMA, FMP, or similar professional certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in office, industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to conduct site walks and inspections throughout the campus.
• Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel between project locations as needed.

Location:

This position will be based at the Peoria, AZ site, working from temporary offices during the construction phase and transitioning to the facility upon the start of factory operations.
