Permitting & Utility Coordination: Coordinate business licenses, manage third-party permit companies (or directly prepare/submit applications), review electrical drawings, and oversee utility or equipment upgrade planning.
Execution & Quality Closeout: Oversee active deployments, confirm equipment is operating post-construction, verify that all required municipal inspections are approved, and collect necessary closeout documentation.
Financial & System Tracking: Manage project purchase orders and vendor invoices in NetSuite, ensure accurate tracking of milestones, and collaborate with Finance to process vendor payments post-inspection.

Permitting & Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrated experience navigating local municipal permitting processes (Authorities Having Jurisdiction - AHJs) and working with utility providers.
Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage project budgets, evaluate contractor pricing, and maintain strict alignment with profit margin goals.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction under pressure.
