Work LocationThis is a remote role with periodic travel to the Detroit, Michigan, area to meet with clients.
What You'll Do- Work with clients and internal M&I partners to understand program goals, align expectations and guide projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and presentation materials that keep teams aligned and projects moving forward
- Schedule, prepare for and lead client and internal meetings
- Facilitate discussions, communicate status updates, document decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional resources and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, in scope and within budget
- Keep work on track by monitoring project risks, dependencies and milestones, tracking deliverables and driving timely resolution of issues.
- Build polished client-facing communications and presentations that clearly convey recommendations, progress, results and next steps

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements
- Skilled in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, status reports and risk-mitigation strategies
- Experience leading client and internal project meetings, documenting decisions and action items, and ensuring follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including developing client decks, project documentation and client-facing materials
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills, with a professional client presence
- Able to build strong working relationships and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders

Eligibility Requirements- Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or live events from initiation through completion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to complete high-priority projects or accommodate client/program schedules.
- Able to travel to the Detroit area as required
