Position Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a remote team responsible for Help Desk support operations. In this role, the Project Manager will lead recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development efforts while ensuring the successful execution of Help Desk services. The selected candidate will utilize strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to evaluate support requests, manage daily ticket workflows, and oversee activities within automated tracking systems.

This is a remote position; however, occasional on-site support at military installations may be required to resolve issues that cannot be addressed through telecommunication or video conferencing platforms. Travel within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS) may be required with advance notice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level subject matter expertise for PWSS, IMCOM, GFEBS, BUILDER, and related enterprise initiatives.
  • Manage contract execution, deliverables, milestones, metrics, compliance, quality assurance, staffing, and training support.
  • Coordinate internal processes, meetings, MS Teams access, knowledge management, restricted guidance, SOPs, and execution instructions.
  • Lead process improvement efforts, ticket trend analysis, workload management, and resolution of systemic support issues.
  • Oversee year-end execution activities, including WBS rollovers, FM Derive, garrison coordination, final QA, briefings, and training support.
  • Perform analysis of current activities and tasks and distribute workload amongst qualified employees.
  • Develop required reports for customer use concerning current and future operations and workload data from the service support system.
  • Perform data queries and analysis to support programs for the customer within the facilities management systems of record.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the Department of Army, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Directorates at various CONUS locations.
  • Manage data from multiple Government Systems of Record and support and advise the Government on the best use of the data supporting their various operational and business aspects.
  • Recommending project and program enhancements to improve productivity.
  • Oversee knowledge management / GeT restricted content (mold processes, PWSS guidance, year-end guidance, SOPs).


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Maintenance Systems.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience in Real Property Asset Management and familiarization with the Department of War BUILDER Facility software to provide support to ongoing efforts at various Army Installations both in the Continental United States and abroad.
  • Must be able to gain and maintain access to a military installation and military systems to include GFEBS and Local Area Network access.
  • Must be able to obtain or already have the following GFEBS Roles:
    • A76 Plant Maintenance (Preventative Maintenance Plan) Controller
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Order Approver
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Permit Approver
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Reporter
    • Real Property Maintainer
    • Real Property Viewer
    • Real Estate Contracts/Space Utilization Maintainer
    • Real Property Inventory Inspection Processor
    • Business Partner Maintainer
    • BI PP & E Reporter
    • BI PP&E Real Property Viewer
    • BI Managerial Reporter
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required, specifically Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams and One Note.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Power Apps.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for a U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • An active Secret Clearance is preferred.
