Remote (Hybrid required for local candidates in Easton, PA)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) in a remote-first capacity, with hybrid expectations for candidates local to Easton, PA. In this role, you'll drive the successful execution of critical, complex, and impactful business initiatives, providing leadership and transparency through all phases of the project lifecycle - planning, design, development, and deployment. You'll ensure project scope, schedule, quality, and benefits are adequately defined and delivered, leading project teams and keeping stakeholders informed throughout. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

  • Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely convey project schedule and status
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and representatives of the business to define project scope and vision
  • Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business, Technology, and functional partners
  • Plan and drive execution of initiatives in partnership with internal and cross-functional teams
  • Develop detailed project plans and milestones, coordinating with cross-organizational team members (technology, business, vendors, etc.) to determine resource needs
  • Control project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and potential issues
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Devise contingency plans to mitigate risk, manage expectations, and escalate when necessary
  • When relevant, track defects through the testing phase, ensure timely fixes, and manage release schedule
  • Identify creative and timely solutions to key challenges while motivating the project teams to complete critical tasks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the business and third parties/vendors
  • Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams, coordinating activities across departments to ensure deliverables are tracked in line with due dates
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to manage progress against the project plan and keep members informed of updates and changes
  • Communicate relevant project information to management, understanding how to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully
  • Publish status reports for project sponsors and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are clearly understood
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Continuously analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing project management processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
  • Manage additional tasks as assigned through Operational Excellence


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum Associate's degree
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing software projects within various business areas
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes, propose and explain multiple solutions, and negotiate a compromise
  • Ability to create reports, analyses, or scorecards for the management team, with strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping schedules
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Focused and assertive with a strong customer service orientation

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this position is $50-$65 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
