Pay Range: $99,000 - $123,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

This is not a remote position. Work will be performed at our Operations Support Center located in Gratz, PA.

The Project Manager leads and coordinates projects supporting key product engineering initiatives, including product enhancements, design changes, quality improvements, and cost-reduction efforts. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects within established timelines and budgets. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define tasks, develop schedules, and identify critical deliverables that ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate conversations with internal & external customers to confirm assumptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct work breakdown structures, assign owners, and develop timelines.
  • Generate and maintain Gantt charts to manage critical paths while mitigating risks and ensuring timely introductions.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional updates and/or gate reviews.
  • Coach teams on the deliverables required to meet critical milestones throughout the sustaining process.
  • Be instrumental in conducting post audits to identify successes and future opportunities.
  • Work closely with management to identify and prioritize the list of sustaining activities.
  • Administer for the Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process
  • Develop and execute efficient internal communications with all members of our cross-functional team.
  • Align objectives with company goals to ensure the team is aligned with respect to scope, schedule, & budget.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or technical discipline from an accredited College or University.
  • Proven supervisory abilities, 5 or more years of leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • SolidWorks PDM experience is preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Planner experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong passion, high energy, and enthusiasm for growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to set priorities for multiple tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written or verbal manner with individuals from all areas of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a production environment, if required.
  • Ability to self-start and work independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or travel depending on the needs of the department and/or business.
