Position Title:Project Manager
Job Description:Project ManagerThis role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Little Rock, AR.

The
Project Manager is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems with moderate guidance through all phases of the project delivery life cycle for small to medium highly complex reporting and analytics projects supporting CarelonRx Specialty Pharmacy.
How you will make an impact:- Develop, maintain, and/or update project plans, schedules, deployment plans, issue/risk logs, and/or communication management plan.
- Track and manage internal and external vendor deliverables utilizing CarelonRx Jira instance.
- Facilitate daily standups with development team to obtain deliverable statuses, issues, risks and take the appropriate communication actions to support execution of project deliverables.
- Conduct regularly scheduled vendor status calls and/or ad hoc meetings with internal and external stakeholders as needed to report status, manage expectations, and/or resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Identify, document, and prioritize new development requests including scope changes and deliverable enhancements and facilitates approval process.
- Obtain/secure and archive necessary approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define project team roles and responsibilities to achieve project goals.
- Provide regular updates on report status and progress.
- Manage and monitor ROI throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and manage time and budget against plan.
- Participate and track quality review checkpoints with internal and external stakeholder.
- Conduct project close-out activities.
Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, which at least 2 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:- Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing Reporting and Analytics Infusion Pharmacy projects highly preferred.
- Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects hihgly preferred
- Knowledge of CarelonRx Infusion Pharmacy operations, sales, and technology processes preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Smartsheet preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
