Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage software implementation and integration projects end-to-end.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for effective project tracking.
• Ensure accurate tracking of tasks, issues, and overall project progress.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Act as the primary contact for user inquiries and technical assistance.
• Prepare and manage work-in-progress reports accurately.
• Deliver weekly status reports and daily progress updates for transparency.
• Lead project risk management and develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Streamline workflow processes and identify optimizations for efficiency.
• Communicate project milestones and conduct regular status meetings to discuss project activities.
• Guide field-based project managers on current processes.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling and work assignments according to regional regulations.
