Your Impact
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in alignment with client and regulatory requirements
  • Plan, manage, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent assignments
  • Develop and implement project support plans, including health and safety, quality, risk management, communications, and documentation
  • Monitor project performance using established project management systems, financial tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Proactively manage change related to scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring clear communication with clients and project teams
  • Motivate, influence, and mentor technical professionals and junior project staff throughout the project lifecycle

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience leading projects within engineering, science, environmental, or related disciplines
  • Proven ability to manage project teams of more than five contributors across technical and functional areas
  • Strong working knowledge of project management systems, methodologies, and financial controls
  • Demonstrated understanding of health and safety requirements and their critical role in project execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
  • Experience working with relational databases, software platforms, and system integration methodologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety subject domains; Incident Management, Compliance, Audit, Inspection, Management of Change, Air, Water, Waste, GHG, Carbon, Scope 1,2,&3.
  • EHS/ESG Software's; Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, VelocityEHS, Workiva, Sweep

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
