5-10 years of project management experience in construction, particularly with mechanical and electrical systems
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and building systems
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Familiarity with Canadian building codes and safety standards
PMP designation or equivalent is a plus
Proficient with project management software like MS Project or Procore
