Full Job Description
Overview

The Project Manager coordinates execution and accountability across strategic initiatives within the North America Hearing Aids commercial organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery: translating strategic priorities into structured project plans, holding project owners and delivery leads accountable to milestones, and providing visibility to senior leadership on progress and risk. The individual will work closely with commercial and functional leaders across the North America Hearing Aids organization, to ensure initiatives move from concept to completion.

This is an individual-contributor role suited to someone comfortable operating independently, managing ambiguity, and engaging credibly with senior stakeholders without a large support structure around them.

Responsibilities
  • Project execution and follow-upMaintain a working portfolio of projects; tracking status, owners, and key dates. Proactively follow up with project owners and delivery-responsible parties to surface blockers before they become delays, rather than waiting for status meetings to uncover them.
  • Stakeholder engagementAct as a connective point between NA Strategy & PMO and functional/commercial leaders, including senior management within the organization. Communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders at varying levels, adjusting style for executive audiences when needed.
  • Governance and reportingPrepare concise, decision-ready status updates and escalations for leadership forums. Flag risks early and recommend paths forward rather than simply reporting problems.
  • Process disciplineApply lightweight, practical project management structure (timelines, trackers, RASCI-style ownership clarity) appropriate to each initiative's complexity, without over-engineering process for its own sake.
  • Continuous improvementCapture lessons learned across initiatives and apply them to improve how future projects are planned and tracked.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar execution-focused role; experience in a matrixed or multi-stakeholder environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven comfort engaging senior stakeholders, including in a sales or commercial organization context.
  • Excellent follow-through and organizational habits; able to hold others accountable to deadlines without direct authority over them.
  • Proficiency with standard project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or similar); CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce) is helpful but not required.
  • PMP/CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as initiatives require.

Regular in-office physical presence is an essential function of the role to facilitate real-time collaboration, participate in team problem-solving sessions, attend onsite meeting, and interact face-to-face with cross-functional teams.
