The Opportunity

Shape the Future of Defence Infrastructure in Canada.
Based in BC, this role places you at the core of complex Buildings projects that support national defence readiness. You will drive real-world impact-strengthening critical facilities, enabling secure operations, and contributing to Canada's long-term resilience.
Your Impact
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering complex buildings projects for defence clients.
  • Oversee planning, design, execution, and delivery phases with an emphasis on security-sensitive environments.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder expectations across multiple project stages.
  • Ensure compliance with defence-sector standards, secure-site protocols, and Reliability security clearance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, client groups, and external partners.
  • Contribute strategic insight to pursuit activities and project execution approaches.
  • Support continuous improvement in project delivery, quality, and technical excellence.
  • Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation across all project activities.

Compensation

All salary ranges below are sourced from Pay Transparency 2026 data - Using in AdVantage .

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
