About the Role:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery and installation of owner-furnished equipment within a data center construction project. This role requires a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, supply chain management, and construction processes.
  • This role is onsite full-time in Summerville, SC.
What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the Lead Project Manager, Regional Supply Chain Management team, General Contractor, and other stakeholders to align equipment deliveries with the construction schedule. Participate in meetings, provide updates, and communicate potential risks and delays proactively.
  • Review and analyze project documentation: Thoroughly review project documents, including purchase orders, statements of work, and contracts, to identify potential issues, scope gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct site assessments: Visit the construction site to assess site conditions, identify potential challenges, and ensure that site requirements are communicated to suppliers and vendors.
  • Support the development of pre-purchase specifications: Assist in the development of clear and concise pre-purchase specifications for LLE to ensure that all equipment meets project requirements.
