About Your Role

The Project Manager is responsible for providing technical oversight with client engagement and business development. This role leads the planning, design, and execution of managing projects. The Project Manager will ensure adherence to specifications, project timelines, and budgetary items.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and project aspects are accurate and current.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients and when appropriate, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
  • 3-5 years of project management experience required - ideally with an engineering or construction management focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or similar certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing ERP, financial, and operational systems.
  • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting.
