Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate between various stakeholders and to manage project risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders during the preconstruction phase.
- Conduct estimating activities to determine project costs and resources.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes and estimating techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
