Job Overview This role manages construction projects to ensure completion within established timeframes and budget constraints. It involves overseeing financial budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and managing construction schedules. The role requires supervising multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. Success is measured by timely project completion, budget adherence, and effective communication with stakeholders. The work impacts organizational operations by delivering completed retail spaces ready for local management use. Job Responsibilities: • Compile and manage financial budgets and cost estimates to support construction project planning and execution • Develop construction project plans in collaboration with architects, landlords, general contractors, and trade workers • Coordinate and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project progress • Oversee construction progress and provide reports on timelines, adjustments, and project status • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and local regulations • Communicate project timelines and store opening dates to local field teams to align expectations • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • 3 years experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar position in construction management. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
