What This Role Is AboutThis is not an order-taking role. We're looking for someone who leads with the question, "How can I best support my brokers and clients?" - someone who puts themselves in front of brokers and clients rather than waiting to be told what's needed. Commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects are your specialty, and you bring a proactive, inquisitive mindset to every milestone and every relationship.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like- Delivering commercial tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
- Proactively identifying strategic ways to hit milestones and stay aligned with budget, rather than reporting variances after the fact
- Running with speed and accuracy in parallel - keeping multiple projects moving without sacrificing precision
- Bringing an inquisitive approach to project challenges, asking questions that get ahead of issues before they surface
- Contributing ideas that influence and improve our processes and templates across the team
- Stakeholder management: building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Team leadership: leading and motivating project teams, winning as a team, and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Project planning and monitoring: developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Budget and cost management: tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts
- Quality control: implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations
- Continuous improvement: identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving innovative project management practices

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, with direct experience on commercial tenant improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including brokers
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, strategic mindset - comfortable influencing process, not just following it
Preferred Qualifications- Professional certification in project management (PMP)
- Experience working in a global and matrixed organization
- Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
