Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite)

Pay: 90K-110K per year plus bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client, an employee-owned commercial construction company in Indianapolis, is growing fast and looking for an up-and-coming Project Manager. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare, community health, and airport work, and this hire could step into a healthcare project right away.

As an employee-owner, you'll have a real stake in the projects you deliver and in the company's long-term success.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the client's day-to-day contact on the jobsite
  • Manage 1-2 projects at a time, from $5M to $80M in size
  • Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years)
  • Own project budgets and cost controls
  • Manage community health campus projects, one campus at a time
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Tools You'll Use: Microsoft Office, Autodesk Build, Phoenix (scheduling), and Viewpoint (accounting and cost reporting)


What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of commercial construction experience as PM or APM
  • Bachelor's degree a MUST
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for large, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Comfort with budgets, costs, and schedules
  • Willingness to work onsite with clients
