The Project Manager is accountable for managing customer development projects which drive project coordination, progress check and closure within assigned timeline. The Project Manager works closely with all areas of Connected Development's engineering teams to realize project outcomes meeting customer requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage all aspects of a development project with regard to ensuring the required outcome based on customer's needs.
Work directly with and manage all internal and external resources need to complete project.
Write all relevant documentation around the project's implementation which may include the statement of work and related change orders.
Provide updated schedules to project team members as well as tracking budget progress and related expenditures.
Use relevant software management tools to facilitate the project completion.
Track monthly resource effort and expenditures that will be used to invoice the customer.
May generate and send a monthly invoice to customers reflecting the hours worked, expenses incurred and any other agreed upon amounts.
Ensure management team is informed of current issues, projects and deadlines by providing updates on an ongoing basis.
Input their own time into the hourly tracking system specific to efforts based on projects
Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's Degree is required; a degree in Electrical Engineering or related science/engineering study is preferred and five plus (5+) years of related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
