Job Summary
The Project Manager will play a key role in driving enterprise transformation initiatives and delivering strategic business outcomes across the organization. This business-focused role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs from inception through completion. The position requires strong experience working with executive stakeholders, managing organizational change, coordinating multiple business functions and external partners, and translating complex information into clear and actionable insights. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Managing Director of the Enterprise Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate enterprise transformation programs across multiple business functions and departments.
• Facilitate collaboration across Service Lines, operations, technology teams, and external partners to support successful program delivery.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and maintain effective relationships throughout transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure complex initiatives are effectively managed across teams.
• Evaluate downstream and upstream impacts of transformation initiatives and incorporate them into program planning and execution.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and interdependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparency and accountability across program scope, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, and metrics to provide program visibility and enable proactive decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate change management and communication activities into program delivery plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Prepare reports outlining project and program health, progress, risks, and key considerations.
• Analyze key operating data to support business and program decisions.
• Synthesize large amounts of information and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on business and operational analyses.
• Manage multiple priorities and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience focused on enterprise-wide transformations or strategic initiatives with significant technology components.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation programs and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple business functions, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong change management and business acumen.
• Experience with systems implementation initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with enterprise program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within financial services and/or professional services, with professional services experience preferred.
