The Role

The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, ensuring a positive client experience and long-term account health. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, maintaining awareness of contractual commitments, identifying potential risks, and fostering strong communication between clients and internal teams.

Unlike a project management role focused on day-to-day execution, the Account Manager takes a higher-level view of the client relationship focusing on satisfaction, alignment, strategic planning, and long-term partnership growth.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client contracts, scopes of work, service expectations, and business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of account history, key decisions, and client preferences.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams regarding forecasting, invoicing, and contract-related discussions.
  • Advocate for both the client and internal teams by balancing expectations, capacity, and contractual commitments.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to foster strong client partnerships, support key meetings, and maintain account success.
