Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, fuel center, or big box construction is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Timberline, and construction-specific software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• OSHA knowledge is essential
• Willingness to travel is required

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and reporting including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and OSHA regulations
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management efforts
• Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate project communication
