About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on project delivery role. As a Project Manager, you are accountable for leading commercial interior projects from start to finish - delivering an exceptional client experience while protecting schedule, budget, quality, and margin.

You lead projects end to end, from early planning and design coordination through construction, turnover, and closeout. You are the primary day-to-day client contact and the central point of coordination between Designers, Site Supervisors, estimators, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams.

Our Project Managers are trusted to protect the client relationship, lead the team through execution, and deliver work that earns repeat business.
What You'll Do

Client Experience
  • Own the client relationship as the primary day-to-day contact, delivering a consistently strong experience that builds trust and supports repeat work.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively on schedule, cost, risks, decisions, and next steps so clients are never surprised.
  • Keep the right decision-makers informed and engaged, especially when scope, budget, schedule, or quality decisions are required.
  • Manage change with discipline: evaluate the impact, secure approval, document the decision, and keep the project moving.
  • Lead with calm, practical judgment when issues arise, balancing client service with commercial and construction realities.

Pre-Construction & Design Coordination
  • Lead pre-construction activities, including feasibility, budgeting, estimating, tendering, scheduling, and risk planning.
  • Work closely with the design team to align scope, budget, schedule, drawings, permits, consultant inputs, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate early decisions so projects enter construction with clear scope, realistic timelines, and strong budget control.
  • Partner with estimating and internal teams to ensure pricing, assumptions, and commitments are accurate and timely.
  • Identify risks early and drive practical solutions before they affect the client experience, schedule, or margin.

Construction Delivery
  • Partner with the Site Supervisor through construction to ensure tight coordination, strong project administration, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Own the project schedule, including look-aheads, key milestones, client decisions, trade coordination, turnover, and closeout.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, committed costs, change orders, invoices, fees, and margin.
  • Maintain strong documentation across approvals, drawings, changes, site issues, deficiencies, and closeout.
  • Drive quality through construction and closeout, ensuring deficiencies are assigned, tracked, resolved, and communicated clearly.
  • Bring each project to a clean close with complete documentation, financial discipline, and a strong client handoff.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate brings:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors project management, with a strong construction-management background.
  • Experience leading projects directly from planning through construction, turnover, and closeout.
  • A degree or diploma in engineering, design, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent organization, with the ability to run multiple active projects at once.
  • Strong financial judgment, including budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, change management, and margin protection.
  • Proficiency with Procore or an equivalent construction-management platform.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to coordinate clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams.
  • A calm, practical working style. You can handle pressure, make decisions, and keep people moving.
  • Comfortable traveling to project sites across the GTA; a valid driver's license is an asset.
