Job OverviewThe Project Manager is the designated on-site representative with full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor throughout the duration of the contract. This role includes independent financial authority for purchasing tools, materials, and parts up to 55,000.00 per occurrence. The Project Manager will oversee building operations, maintenance, repairs, alterations, customer service requirements, and all other operational components within a facility of at least 400,000 square feet of occupied space. The Project Manager must remain on-site during core operating hours and will be responsible for accepting inspection reports and all formal correspondence on behalf of the Contractor.
Pay Rate: $128,000 - $138,847 ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties:- Act as the Contractor's authorized representative, managing all operational aspects of the contract.
- Exercise independent financial authority for procurement up to 55,000.00 per occurrence.
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, repair activities, and building alterations.
- Manage customer relations and ensure service quality aligns with contract requirements.
- Accept inspection reports, official documentation, and correspondence for the Contractor.
- Maintain on-site presence at the facility during core hours.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of building operations across a minimum of 400,000 sq. ft. of occupied space.
Job RequirementsMandatory:- At least four (4) years of recent Project Management experience within the past five (5) years.
- Experience managing operations, maintenance, repair, building alterations, and customer service in facilities of 400,000+ sq. ft.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- PMP certification.
