Position Description: The Federal Financial Project Manager will lead Oracle ERP projects, applying systematic approaches to elicit, specify, and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures customer approval and facilitates traceability from inception through design, testing, and deployment. The Project Manager will maintain detailed project schedules, manage teams, and regularly report progress to management and stakeholders.
This position is located in our Fairfax VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Manage Oracle Federal Financial ERP projects, ensuring alignment with federal requirements and organizational goals.
Elicit, specify, and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and customer approval.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Report project progress to management and team members on a regular basis.
Facilitate project design, testing, and deployment phases.
Ensure compliance with federal standards and best practices for financial systems.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related information technology field.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing at least three (3) separate complex IT projects, each with five (5) or more team members and a project value of at least $3 million.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with systems similar to Oracle Federal Financial ERP.
Strong understanding of federal financial management processes and requirements.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Experience with Oracle Federal Financials in a federal environment.
Familiarity/experience with federal government.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
CGFM or CDFM certification.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $113,400.00 $218,200.00.
