Job Type: Full time

Reports to: Project Executive and
VP of Operations


Amount of Travel Required: TBD

Department: Project Management

Positions Supervised: N/A

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm or as required

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop an initial schedule and provide detail to schedule, as required for project.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce a project site logistics plan and temporary facilities plan.
  • Monitor administrative procedures to track project.
  • Ensure all insurance requirements, safety and labor relations are in compliance.
  • Implement and monitor project budgets and contract bid documents.
  • Assist with buy-outs and prepare subcontracts.
  • Possess working knowledge of project plans, specifications, owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and all project related documents.
  • Maintain accurate set of as-builts.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner/architect/engineer and subcontractors.
  • Represent company at project coordination meetings.
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices.
  • Negotiate, prepare and issue change orders.
  • Prepare and issue monthly pay applications pertaining to project.
  • Advise CW management of all relevant information pertaining to projects, especially changes that can impact schedule and profitability.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) in the field of Study: construction related curriculum or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Procore
  • OSHA 30, Scaffold User, and other necessary safety credentials
