Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled
Project Managerfor Capital Equipment to join our Program Management team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams and serving as the primary customer interface during the design and fabrication of custom engineered systems.
Essential Job Functions / Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective team communication, achievement of milestones, and alignment with goals.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary customer point of contact, delivering regular updates and addressing questions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule & Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Field Support: Coordinate field installations, testing, and system commissioning as required.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience (manufacturing or construction preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience interfacing directly with customers and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
- Background in vacuum technology or field installation is a plus.

8am-5pm - In Person / Travel to customer sites is required.
