Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Managerfor Capital Equipment to join our Program Management team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams and serving as the primary customer interface during the design and fabrication of custom engineered systems.

Essential Job Functions / Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective team communication, achievement of milestones, and alignment with goals.
  • Customer Relations: Act as the primary customer point of contact, delivering regular updates and addressing questions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule & Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Field Support: Coordinate field installations, testing, and system commissioning as required.
