Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :• Animer des réunions hebdomadaires intégrées pour votre lot de travaux
• Développer, harmoniser, maintenir et mettre à jour les échéanciers pour chaque phase du programme
• Gérer l'intégration de l'échéancier du lot de travaux et s'assurer qu'il est harmonisé avec l'échéancier global du programme ainsi qu'avec les autres lots de travaux
• Identifier et rapporter les enjeux et les risques, incluant les plans d'atténuation
• Assurer la livraison efficace, la révision et l'approbation de tous les livrables à chaque phase du programme
• Assurer la conformité à l'ensemble des documents et processus de gouvernance (bonne compréhension des processus et respect des normes et règlements)
• Participer aux activités de résolution de problèmes et aux plans de redressement lorsque requis afin de respecter les échéanciers des livrables clés
• Piloter les activités de gestion du changement, de l'initiation jusqu'à la complétion de l'implantation en ingénierie, pour un portefeuille de changements donné
• Assurer la présentation en temps opportun des changements au Comité d'examen technique afin d'obtenir une décision finale aux différentes étapes du processus
• Préparer l'information résumant les coøts associés à chaque changement pour le Comité d'examen technique
• Suivre activement et rendre compte de l'avancement à toutes les étapes du cycle de vie des changements
Exigences :• Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou équivalent
• De trois (3) à huit (8) ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets ou dans un rôle équivalent
• Expérience en aérospatiale considérée comme un atout
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
• Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office, incluant MS Project, PowerPoint et Excel
• Esprit d'équipe et solides habiletés interpersonnelles, avec une capacité à collaborer efficacement avec de nombreux partenaires d'affaires
• Bilinguisme français et anglais
• Disponibilité pour travailler à Mirabel trois (3) jours par semaine
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et solides compétences relationnelles
Job Description Job Title: Bilingual Aerospace Project Manager
Location: Mirabel,QC 3 times a week onsite (hybrid)
In your role, you will:• Lead integrated weekly meetings for your respective work package
• Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the Program
• Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packages
• Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans
• Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phase
• Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes (a good understanding of processes and adhering to standards/regulations).
• Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline
• Lead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changes;
• Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process;
• Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board;
• Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change's life-cycle.
Requirements • You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• You have five (3) to eight (6) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
• You ideally have experience in aerospace.
• You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
• French and English

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 75000 - CAD 105,000
