The offered salary for this position is
$45 - $60 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary management.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, manufacturing staff, and other stakeholders, to ensure clear communication and progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate potential project risks and issues as they arise.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with industry regulations and Colaval's high-quality standards.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and project outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications- Proven working experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification would be a significant advantage.
- Experience within the water treatment or valve manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential.
