As a Project Manager at Built Solutions, you oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of prefabricated construction projects. You ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires learning DIRTT's modular wall systems as well as our other architectural products, with the ability to integrate these systems seamlessly into various project environments.
What you would be doing...- Working with Sales, Business Development, and the Design team on bidding and budgeting new projects.
- Managing client and project intake processes and procedures.
- Working with Accounting on all necessary documentation and setup tasks.
- Working with the project General Contractor (GC), installation crews, and other external vendors to finalize scope of the project.
- Managing all project execution deliverables including field verifications, product order, and delivery.
- Coordinating site conditions, installation requirements, and monitoring installation work with the GC and all other trades.
- Working through final punch-list at project completion and providing all close out documentation.
We are looking for someone with...- Construction industry knowledge (preferred).
- Project Management experience (PMP is ideal, but not required.).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environments and timelines, while maintaining attention to detail and demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Internal drive with an entrepreneurial nature and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration, and prioritization.
- Familiarity with construction documents and willingness to learn local code requirements related to construction, millwork, power, and data networks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, familiarity with AutoCAD, and an enthusiasm for learning new software programs.
