Overview

BRMi isseeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of technology initiatives that support End User Computing (EUC) environments. This role requires a strong project delivery background with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project financials, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes with minimal supervision.

Salary: 130k-146k

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects supporting End User Computing initiatives.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Execute projects using a hybrid delivery approach that combines Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and executive communications.
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and governance activities while ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Manage project financials, including Capital (CapEx) and Operating Expense (OpEx) budgets, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify project risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables meet quality expectations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, financials, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Successfully balance priorities across two or more concurrent projects while maintaining delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical or IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects that directly impact end users within enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project budgets, including Capital (CapEx) and Operating Expense (OpEx) financials.
  • Proven experience maintaining and managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

  • Microsoft 365 (M365)

Desired:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired but not required.
  • Experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) organizations or enterprise workplace technology initiatives.
  • Experience presenting project updates to executive leadership and governance boards.
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management best practices and enterprise PMO processes.
