As a Project Manager for our Aviation team, your responsibilities will include guiding projects from concept through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting schedules and budgets, and ensuring alignment with funding requirements and long-term airport development goals. The position serves as a liaison between airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful, client-focused outcomes.
- Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects
- Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
- Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams
- Assist with project scheduling, budget development, and funding coordination
- Support contract administration and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado
- Support the growth of aviation planning, design, and construction services in the Denver market
- Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions
What We Are Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess a valid drivers license and their own transportation. You will be reimbursed for business-related travel
