POSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will be Single overall point of contact coordinating all tasks, deliverables, and personnel across the Contractor's task orders under the BPA. Handles project initiation/planning, requirements translation, resource & budget management (task assignment, labor burn-rate forecasting), execution/monitoring (schedule, quality), risk management/mitigation, and stakeholder communication (liaison between technical teams, COR, and executive leadership).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's in IT-related field.
- PMP or 6gt;=10 yrs experience.
- Quantify detailed recommendations in writing and verbally
- Working understanding of IT & cybersecurity
- Strong written/verbal communication across concurrent activitie
- Attention to detail
- Ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals (budget & schedule)
- Experience with PM tools
- Policy/procedure/work-instruction development
- Risk identification/assessment/mitigation
- Deliverable QA against government requirements.

Compensation: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
