Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Sage 300 CRE).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design partners, and stakeholders to maintain relationships.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, financial reports, and revenue projections; approve subcontractor payments.
• Provide constructability input and coordinate project logistics, including staffing and resource plans.
• Lead project scheduling in collaboration with the Superintendent and oversee updates and planning sessions.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and material purchasing for cost control.
• Promote and enforce Balfour Beatty's Zero Harm® safety culture and lead quality control programs.
• Chair OAC meetings, lead coordination sessions, and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Direct project turnover and closeout documentation, ensuring compliance with all obligations.
