Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.
• Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements, and manages constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.
• Develops the overall project plan and manages project operations. Manages the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.
• Ensures team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
• Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively.
• Coordinate resolution of production-related problems.
• Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.
• Responsible for all aspects of project performance to include technical, contractual and administrative.
• Manages and supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all tasks.
• Support new project identification and tracking and project requirements evaluation and functional analysis.
• Validate project concepts with the customer and stakeholders.
• Create and finalize project implementation plans. Define, manage, monitor and control project scope, cost, risk and schedule.
• Plan for and ensure adequate project documentation is completed.
Qualifications: - TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to pass a polygraph)
- Masters Degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelors and 12 years of experience.
Travel Requirements: • Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility: • Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Level of Supervision Required: • The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
Work Environment: • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
• Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
• This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $140k - $155k
The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
