Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting focused on automation processes and equipment.
• Strong background in Automation/Electrical Engineering Design with project management in the communication sector.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
• Skilled in multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Experience in managing both long-term projects and immediate operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based internal Business Units and coordinate with the AJET team in China.
• Liaise with business units regarding new toolings, machines, and connector R&D.
• Summarize information effectively for the AJET team.
• Manage customer communications in North America.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budget collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Monitor and control all aspects of multiple projects concurrently.
• Coordinate resources, ensuring their availability for project needs.
• Gather project requirements from North America and provide timely feedback to AJET team.
• Offer accurate feedback to customers about project status.
• Identify and assess opportunities for business expansion.
• Guide engineers and technicians in equipment construction and documentation tasks.
• Travel up to 40% internationally to various manufacturing sites.
