Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Project Manager to support the delivery of a large, complex transportation program operating within an alliance environment based in downtown Toronto.

The role is embedded within a multidisciplinary project delivery team and is responsible for supporting coordinated delivery across multiple partners, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, schedule, governance, and commercial objectives. The role requires strong delivery leadership, collaboration skills, and experience working within integrated or alliance based delivery models.

Your role

  • Support the delivery of alliance work packages in accordance with agreed scope, schedule, and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate day to day delivery activities across technical, commercial, and functional teams within the alliance.
  • Support program and project leadership with planning, coordination, and delivery oversight activities.
  • Contribute to alliance governance processes, including reporting, controls, assurance, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and manage project and program reporting, including progress, risks, issues, and forecasts.
  • Support effective interface management and coordination between alliance partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist with change management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution across the program.
  • Promote collaborative working practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the alliance delivery model.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities to ensure alignment and clear communication across the program.


About you

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience supporting senior leadership teams on large or complex programs.
  • Proven experience delivering transportation or rail infrastructure projects within complex delivery environments.
  • Experience working within alliance, integrated, or multi party delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, governance, and reporting requirements on major infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional information

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $106,000 - $140,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
