Position Summary

Under the direction of the AED of Facilities and Operations, the Project Manager assists with planning and coordinating F&O related projects. Attends meetings, takes notes and makes recommendations on assuring projects stay on track. Assists AED of F&O with communication and collaboration across departments. Responsible for contacting vendors and collecting documentation including but not limited to W-2's, invoices, estimates, etc.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting and assist in forecasting issues with ongoing projects.
  • Ensure project scope aligns with business goals.
  • Lead regular project meetings and provide updates.
  • Coordinate tasks and resources to meet project objectives while monitoring progress and adjusting schedules or resources as needed.
