Position SummaryUnder the direction of the AED of Facilities and Operations, the Project Manager assists with planning and coordinating F&O related projects. Attends meetings, takes notes and makes recommendations on assuring projects stay on track. Assists AED of F&O with communication and collaboration across departments. Responsible for contacting vendors and collecting documentation including but not limited to W-2's, invoices, estimates, etc.
Essential Job Functions- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting and assist in forecasting issues with ongoing projects.
- Ensure project scope aligns with business goals.
- Lead regular project meetings and provide updates.
- Coordinate tasks and resources to meet project objectives while monitoring progress and adjusting schedules or resources as needed.
- Manage project risks, escalate issues when necessary, alerting supervisor to issues and Office Administrator Job Description Page 1 of ASHR Reviewed December 2024concerns, and address project-related questions, and conflicts in a timely manner .
- Provide clear direction and assign tasks to project team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Track and report on project budget and expenses while preparing status reports for AED F&O.
- Allocate resources efficiently to avoid overspending.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications- 3 years of project management or related experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Part-time experience or managing projects with limited resources is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Notion, Google Suite, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
