The opportunity:

Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in our Calgary office. In this role you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects within the water sector including pump stations, water treatment upgrades, lift stations, and wastewater treatment projects which set the direction of development for our clients.

What you'll do:
  • This position is an opportunity to take on a variety of tasks in a multidisciplinary environment and manage large portfolios that may include new water treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and feedermains.
  • Excellent communication is required, including strong organizational skills. We are seeking individuals with leadership potential, who thrives in a dynamic work environment and value a high service level for clients.

Does this sound like you?
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute.
  • Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with APEGA or a technologist with ASET.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry focused in the water or wastewater sector.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Committed team player and highly motivated.
  • Self motivated and looking for career advancement.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to travel within Canada.
