Job Description

As a Project Manager, Architecture (New Clubs) you will be an integral part of our design team, responsible for overseeing the concept, design, and delivery of new clubs. You will work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure that every aspect of our clubs meets the highest standards of luxury, functionality, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to define project goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Work with the design team to create innovative and compelling design concepts that align with the brand's luxury image and the unique needs of each location.
  • Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and management. Ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, construction, and craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to mitigate delays. Ensure that all project milestones are met on time.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans to address them. Provide solutions to overcome project challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with club owners, executives, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project status and address their concerns.
  • Ensure that all design and construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically within the luxury fitness, hospitality, or interior design sectors.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay Transparency: $110,000 - $115,000
