Working under the direction of the Task Order Project Lead (TOPL) / Program Manager, you will support the execution of complex, high-visibility initiatives within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), directly contributing to program goals that improve the health outcomes and experience of Veterans across an integrated Health Care System.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, results-driven project manager who is comfortable operating in fast-paced federal environments, works well within a broader program governance structure, and can translate project-level objectives into executable, measurable plans.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and close out assigned projects in support of VHA's integrated health care system, applying structured project management methodologies aligned with PMI standards and federal contracting requirements.
  • Support the Task Order Project Lead (TOPL) / Program Manager by providing project-level status updates, escalating risks and issues, and recommending mitigation strategies to advance DEAN mission objectives.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; this position is subject to federal contractor employment eligibility verification (E-Verify).
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable quality-equivalent certification is required at time of hire, with a minimum of four years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably a large Health Care organization.
