Position: Project ManagerLocation: Markham, ONHybridAs an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects focused on aligning global and local technology strategies for IT Infrastructure (Servers & Network), ERP Systems, solutions integration, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), data analytics and digital transformation through disciplined project execution, cross-functional department coordination and value-driven delivery of enterprise solutions operating under established governance. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise technology, and operational execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in deploying enterprise Technology Solutions and ERP implementations, capable of adapting and tailoring projects with appropriate but effective delivery approaches (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) to meet operational, regulatory and integration requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage and ensure project objectives of scope, cost and schedule are successfully delivered with quality within the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Plan and manage ERP solution integration, data analytics enhancements and project implementation to ensure business objectives and stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
- Lead end-to-end delivery Cloud, and Network, and Cybersecurity infrastructure projects with cross-functional departments across global sites.
- Understand technology architecture inter-dependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
- Work closely with other Technical Leads, Product Owners and Process Owners to ensure the success of the portfolio and the projects.
- Proactively identify, quantify, and track project issues and risks to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Participate and/or drive vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
- Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
- Track project performance using defined metrics, baselines, and variance analysis & provide clear status reporting.
- Lead ERP Testing development efforts within the confines of appropriate project management methodology, change management and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and with working knowledge delivering automation using Scrum/Kanban software project management methodologies.
- Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various audiences, including project teams, sponsors, senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage departments and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
- Ensure projects comply with governance, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Maintain RAID logs, Chase List and other artifacts and ensure timely escalation and mitigation of risks and issues.
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5-8 years of direct IT work experience with a focus on service delivery and/or project management
- University Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record managing large, complex IT programs in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development (SDLC), cloud technologies, and/or enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM).
- Minimum of 3-5 years implementing IT server deployments, network infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in implementing high complexity, business solutions with specific ERP implementation experience focused on manufacturing supply chain such as, sales order, inventory, material management and financials implementation.
- Strong understanding of information security best practices and audit compliance requirements
- Ability to manage project budgets, vendor contracts, and offshore/onshore resources.
- Experience in end-to-end project management of well-known ERP systems such as QAD Adaptive, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, etc. is an absolute advantage.
- Proficiency in project management PPM and Agile collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, Excel, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Lucid, Visio, etc.)
- Experience in leading teams, large enterprise projects, business analysts, managed service consultants is considered an asset
- Knowledge with Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, Datawarehouse, and Database systems is an asset.
- Basic understanding with any of RPA, automation and PLCs and Manufacturing systems is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Vietnamese is considered an asset.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role.
