As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and commercial success of our pressure-sensing product portfolio in your remit, driving long-term growth through market insight, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to define product strategy, accelerate new product development, and strengthen our competitive position. As a key business leader, you will influence portfolio investment decisions, mentor product management talent, and serve as the voice of the customer across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead projects from business award through start of production, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional, cross-site, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful product launches.
- Develop, execute, and adapt project plans, allocating resources, assigning responsibilities, and managing day-to-day project operations.
- Apply CPO, NPI, and APQP methodologies, preparing and delivering tollgate reviews for business leadership and ensuring all project documentation is complete, current, and properly archived.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, expenses, investments, revenue forecasts, and cost targets.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, leading team and customer meetings, managing scope and change control, and escalating or resolving issues that impact project performance. Be the central point of contact for both customer as well as internal organization.
- Drive accountability and execution discipline, ensuring timely completion of action items and fostering a culture of keeping commitments and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience successfully delivering new product development projects on time, on budget and with high quality
- A proven track record of operating within a matrix organization in a relevant technology area - e.g., sensors, instrumentation, MEMS, electromechanical components & systems, or similar
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and reporting skills, strong interpersonal skills as an effective leader for the project teams.
- High energy self-starter with solid organizational skills, and attention to detail and ability to manage a set of projects.
- Experience delivering projects within APQP standards (desired)
