About the Role

As a Project Manager within our Customer Success Implementation team, you will lead large and enterprise software implementations of the AlayaCare platform for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and communicating project progress while managing risk, scope, and expectations along the way.
The Opportunity

As a Project Manager on our Customer Success Implementation team, you will lead large and enterprise software implementations of the AlayaCare platform.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will guide projects from kickoff through go-live, partnering with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on time, on budget, and with quality. You will own timelines, scope, risk, budgets, and communication throughout the implementation journey.

What you will do

Lead implementations end to end
  • Own the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned implementation projects
  • Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinate resources to ensure the right people are aligned to the right work

Keep delivery on track
  • Track deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and decisions to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets by monitoring actuals against estimates
  • Manage scope changes, trade-offs, approvals, and sign-off

Drive strong customer outcomes
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Set and manage customer expectations around timelines, governance, communication, and delivery responsibilities
  • Apply project management best practices across waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing project environment across cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within Professional Services and your practice
What you bring
  • 4 to 6 years of project management experience, ideally in software or SaaS
  • Experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level projects within a professional services environment
  • A track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or SAFe
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices across waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to serve as the primary customer-facing project lead and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
  • High initiative, strong organization, and a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed
