Full Job Description
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO and Client Services team. This role is responsible for the tactical execution of a portfolio of concurrent Workday deployment projects, with an emphasis on driving Change Management and user adoption. You will act as the primary bridge between technical configuration and the client’s business readiness, ensuring that the system isn’t just "live," but fully embraced by the workforce.

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Portfolio Management: Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent Workday projects (Net-new, Launch, and Optimization).

  • Execution & Outcomes: Successfully drive end-to-end deployment projects, maintaining strict adherence to scope, budget, and project milestones.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project-level risks and provide actionable solutions to keep delivery on track.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Impact Assessment & Strategy: Analyze impact assessment outcomes to identify key organizational changes; translate these insights into comprehensive Change Management, Training, and Communication plans.

  • Stakeholder Networks: Build and facilitate Change Networks and Training Networks within the client organization to drive grassroots buy-in and proficiency.

  • Client Partnership: Work directly with the client's internal CM and Training teams to co-run change programs for updated and enhanced ERP implementations.

  • Adoption Advocacy: Ensure all project activities are viewed through an "end-user lens," ensuring that communications and training materials are clear, timely, and impactful.

Client Relationship & Growth

  • Primary Point of Contact: Lead client communications, ensuring senior stakeholders are aligned on project progress and change impacts.

  • Negotiation & Problem Solving: Resolve project conflicts and steer complex business decisions toward positive outcomes.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify system enhancement opportunities that add value to the client’s Workday ecosystem.

Financial & PMO Governance

  • Budget Ownership: Take ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and profitable resource allocation.

  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to standardize and scale internal PMO best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.A. or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on enterprise system implementation.

  • Change Management Foundations: Strong knowledge of end-to-end Change Management activities (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks) and experience creating CM deliverables.

  • Workday Expertise: Solid understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the full HCM or FIN process lifecycles.

  • PMP or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to manage client expectations and adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
