Full Job Description
itD is seeking a Project Manager to support the Americas cohort of a global Early-in-Career (EIC) sales onboarding program. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality participant experience while maintaining alignment with global program standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives in matrixed environments.

Location: Hybrid - Raleigh-Durham, NC (RTP Campus). Candidates must be local to the RTP area and able to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week.

Duration: 24 months

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Americas Early-in-Career sales onboarding cohort.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Manage program logistics, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and operational readiness activities.
  • Monitor and report on cohort-specific KPIs, milestones, risks, and program health metrics.
  • Partner with Recruiting, People & Culture, Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Operations teams to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Support program governance through maintenance of decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies to enhance program scalability and AI-era readiness.
Internal Responsibilities:
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within matrixed organizations.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, issue management, and driving accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting initiatives within Sales Enablement, Talent Development, Sales Operations, or related functions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Asana.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience supporting sales onboarding, early-in-career, new hire, or talent development programs.
  • Background working within large-scale global technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with hybrid learning delivery models and learner experience platforms.
  • Experience with learning enablement tools such as LXPs, MindTickle, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of program optimization, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
