Global Order Fulfillment - Global Operations

The impact you'll make

As a Program/Project Manager at Lam, you will lead initiatives focused on planned router optimization across a global factory network consisting of six manufacturing sites. This role will drive router process standardization, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization by managing cross-functional projects that align production routing strategies with business & company objectives.

What you'll do

  • Program Leadership: Develop and execute a global roadmap for "Best in Fleet" router optimization across all manufacturing sites, coordinating with global & site leaders to maintain alignment with company objectives & operational requirements.
  • Project Management: Plan & manage multiple concurrent products with mult-factory build strategies, new cross factory transitions & router reductions (New Product Introduction & High Volume).
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing routing structures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, standardization, & gained factory capacity.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary Global Operations router liaison between supply chain, manufacturing, & logistics partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize SAP systems & PowerBI Dashboards to gather data, develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), & measure performance & capacity improvements.
  • Risk Management: Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.


Who we're looking for

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
