Position Title: Senior Project Manager - Technology Enablement
Location: Remote (Western Canada preferred, open across Canada)
Engagement Type: 8-month contract with possible extension
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Work Model: Remote with occasional team meetings

About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives for our financial services technology transformation. You'll play a key role in delivering critical regulatory and SAP projects while driving cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, budgets)
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage medium-sized project teams (5-15 members) using appropriate methodologies
• Deliver executive-level updates on project status, risks, and financials

Required Qualifications

✓ 6+ years managing cross-functional technology projects
✓ 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP implementations
✓ Demonstrated experience with financial regulatory projects (FATCA/CRS preferred)
✓ Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
✓ Expertise in project management tools and agile/waterfall methodologies
✓ Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
