In this role, you'll lead multiple projects aligned to our strategic priorities across a dynamic portfolio of programs. We're looking for a seasoned, highly organized project leader with a can-do attitude who thrives on managing priorities, coordinating global stakeholders, and delivering complex initiatives. The Project Manager 2 provides expertise in developing and managing projects that support business plan objectives, departmental goals, and global cross-functional initiatives. This role collaborates closely with department and program leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Work with key stakeholders to define full project scope, lead operational planning, and execution for assigned projects.
- Drive alignment between project delivery and business priorities, ensuring alignment on expected outcomes and benefits realization.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, balancing resources, dependencies and timelines.
- Establish meeting agendas, facilitate team discussions, and drive clear and timely team actions and decisions.
- Proactively identify and address barriers and risks to project progress, keeping leadership informed of critical considerations and the implications of priority decisions.
- Ensure project deliverables are achieved on or ahead of schedule, within budget, and with quality and outcomes that meet or exceed business needs.
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.
- Manage scheduled and ad-hoc project status reporting, using project data and tools to keep updates accurate and timely.
- Manage project communication for all stakeholders, including tailored updates for leadership.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional conversations when new information arises, including scope changes, risks, and competing priorities.
- Listen for and understand what motivates team members and stakeholders to build and maintain engagement and support.
- Tailor professional communications across verbal, written, and presentation formats to the target audience.
- Strong professional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or significant experience of such kind to provide a comparable background.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, including leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience directing and managing project teams toward defined objectives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and ability to leverage emerging technologies such as AI.
Physical Requirements:
- Performs business operations daily on Eastern Time Zone, requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
- Hybrid preferred, remote acceptable.
- Attends and leads various strategic and informational meetings
- Works under general office environmental conditions
- Requires close visual acuity when working with computers, etc.
- Domestic and global travel as required
- The employee is occasionally required to stand for extended periods
